Very well-conducted podcast. I never knew this guy before but love the subtle interview style. And Iffat’s being outspoken loud and spot on… regardless of her association with any party, loving her being bold and opinionated. ❤
She speaks what her heart says, and this is her right; she must have learned speaking at the age of 2, but what to say, when to say it, and how to say might take a lifetime to be better at. Iffat, I vividly remember, used to host shows in which she would use hand movements in a special way. Well, I had no idea that time she belonged to a middle-class family as I would think of her as the most modern lady for her hosting the shows for filmy songs numbers at midnight. Her complexion was dusky; so were many renowned actors around the world. She should start directing or producing rather than spewing such blunders. This does go against her personality. I can't judge her why she is doing that as there must be some reasons. There must be, I presume, some valid reasons. The only reason she is not getting the work is due to her radical political views -- and no one can deny that who does understand the showbiz industry, even a little. Mental health and therapy are alien subjects to a middle-class person in Pakistan. Though the change is coming, it is going to take, GOD knows, how much time. Thank you for reading.
