"You have a lot to offer...should we make an offer? 😂
The way Claire seamlessly delivered "...and is always interrupting me" was superb
The way she insulted him and simultaneously helped him save his face is just fabulous. Love Claire 😂😂
Claire was basically killing two birds with one stone by both saving Phil’s neck, his career and reputation but at the same time, she was taking shots at him so he would finally say -
*Claire, you were right.* which he did 😂
that was funny. those two are funny together. she's never having it with his shenanigans
0:57 "Yes , I deal with a lot of lonely women. But there's only one I am married to....." 😂😂😂
“Now you’re just lashing out!!!” I love how over sensitive he is about his juggling, cheerleading and magic…best sitcom dad ever 😂
01:30 Clair in the background eating popcorn and watching drama unfold 😅
Claire was able to save his ass while simultaneously giving him a piece of her mind, what a woman! 💯
Claire understood the assignment. And is good at math: 6% x 4 homes sold
They both are so cute together. Realistic arguments in private, but hard core support to each other in public.
The way she saves his ass in that situation, thats what makes her such a lovable character.
Claire wasn’t solely saving Phil and his career, she was taking shots at him as well to prove her points about him - killing two birds with one stone, essentially.
"...but there's only one I'm married to" 😂
You’ve got to love Claire❤
Agreed, because if it hadn’t been for Claire here, Phil would have gone down badly.
Claire even got to take a few shots at Phil 😂🤣

I will admit that Claire is not my favourite, she’s very overbearing to nearly everyone and definitely a control freak.
I just think that without Claire here, Phil would have had so many regrets and his career would have been jeopardised if she hadn’t stepped in.
Still, Claire was killing two birds with one stone by helping and taking shots at Phil.
Phill got real-estate rizzler
Love how Claire’s in the background smirking around the 1.16 mark
beautifully dialogued episode.
He wasn’t being a casanova he was just making them feel exclusive
The writers on this show is brilliant
Phil can be so sweet 😊❤
“You knew what you were signing up for when you hitched your wagon to a realtor man” 🤣🤣
Claire 😂😂YOU WERE RIGHT😂😂😂
Photo-sensitivity is a real condition!
"You're gonna get a Loan!"😂😂
"always interrupting me"
It took me a while but I recognized Diane funnily enough played by an actress who's real name is Diane Farr. I'm not sure if the writers got lazy or they came up with the name before she was cast. I enjoy the way Claire trolls Phil in a "I told you so" by pretending to be another client who went through a divorce, it's a great bit of comedy.
Surprisingly happens alot, where writers just use the actress's name. Most of the background office cast members were just their own name.
@@briansilva3344 In some ways it can be helpful for the writers so they don't get characters mixed up if there's a lot of them in a single episode but it can also come off as lazy.
As someone who never says sorry, I felt the last 30 seconds deeply😂
never go to the grocery store
you're not going to be alone, you're going to get a loan.
Phil is such the sugar daddy because who’s charmed worked on me
"just another client?? 🤨"
the real estate rizzler
Phil committed to got to his client's kid's Swim Meet?!?! 😂
Well played Claire 😄
this episode is epic
Claire in this episode is blast 😂
Gonna get a loan HAHAHAHAHA
Claire saw the big picture. smarts over a emotional responce... phil profits she wins..
You are going to get a loan 😂 Love you, Phil 😂
The writers for this show, i swear 😂
Real Estate Casanova, aka: Casa Nueva.
That's it! That is the in I've been looking for. [Lady's name], you were right. How insidious. They'll never expect it...
Mr Peabody and the disney princess in their casual outfits vanellope and yess from Ralph breaks the internet and the madrigal sisters from encanto aunt cass from big hero 6
Phil got game !
Claire summarised Phil and her husband to beyond a Z 😂🤣
“…he never said he was sorry…”
So true, but Phil would apologise to Claire, but never to Mitchell, her brother - his brother-in-law whenever he mistreated him. And would never thank him whenever he helped or had his back in spite of how he’d wronged him.
Just like a friend of mine was a master at flirting with women just by smiling and saying compliments.😂😂😂
Phil 😂
SpinderFellah 😂 90s baby
And then they all had a wholesome fivesome.
Diane appeared in Californication
Spindafella 😂
Amy Yasbeck 👍
I gave my love to Karen
She promised to be true
I went to war
To come back and find five British soldiers had there way with her
It was consensual
Ok but really hwo is this ethical lol like my god man he is not supposed to be that close with clients lol
It's not lol. That's the point; Phil doesn't know how to establish boundaries between professional and off-work relationships.
That’s one of the many problems Phil has that he’s always out and wanting to be liked and loved by everyone that he doesn’t realise the boundaries he’s crossing and how he’s stepping out of line in his professional and personal lives doing what he does to achieve that, like how Claire warned and proved to him here.
"You're not gonna be alone, you're gonna get a loan" 😂😂
Thank you. I heard it as 'get alone' and spent longer than I'd like wondering what it even meant.
