Back in the day I used to do the Reebok step videos on the VCR and I loved it. I'm not there yet but I think, thanks to you, I will one day get back to that. Thank you so much for creating these videos. This was awesome! I look forward to progressing in my aim to improve my health and having fun while doing it. 😄
I wanted to do a step aerobic workout that was simple and effective at the same time as I was doing it after so many months. And this was it! I could do the whole workout without any fear of tripping or falling. Thank you, coach Paul.

This is suppose to be for beginners and seniors stepping.Where's the warm up, where the stretching that prepares you before we begin.. I'm a beginninger not yet to a senior. It's apparent that you been doing this awhile now and your body is adjusted or toned to doing this. But you move like this is an intermediate class. I did a little over 5 minutes and I'm pooped. I'm taking a breather and the time to write you this. P.S. corrected grammar
Good day, thank you for sharing your comments and concerns. Yes I have been teaching since 1989 and now at age 65 soon 66 I thought I would have stopped but it's my passion. I am usually on top of my game about warming up and stretching because I do know how important it is. However I must have over looked it. The tempo in this workout is lower than normal step aerobics speed. Most step workouts today are between 128 and 132 beats per minute. I never teach my senior aerobics at that speed. I am for 118 - 125. I last step aerobics I posted is at 122 beats per minute. I did it with a senior who had hip replacements. I am a cancer survivor 8 years now. I can recall when I had to regain my strength and it came in time.
I liked this workout. I use to do step aerobic a lot. Nice to get back to the basic to start again. 🙏
