i agree i think she is a good teacher, she went through each body part and it makes u aware of what your body should be doing. i often find my jaw is quite tense when im concerntrating lol. im gonna favourite this!
When I was younger I did swimming and ballet. I am such a strong swimmer, but studies made me quit ballet. A few years ago I dislocated my left knee cap due to weak muscles. I only slipped slightly on my floor. I really need to get back into strengthening my muscles and regaining my fitness.
To help align, lengthen and de-stress my back and neck, I reach up & place my thumb along the mandible, index finger at base of head, spread remaining finger to support and gently & slightly lift at the base of my head. Lower arms to hang loosely, then continue with the neck and head exercises!
I Teach Martial arts and this video is excellent I came down with M,S 5 months ago and suffered I lot of muscle weakness ataxia and some spasticity , I am on the mend now and am concentrating on fitness and posture , thank you for sharing this! I will use this on my self and I'm subscribing! Trevor
This is very similar to what I try to teach for the posture aspect of Taijiquan, but you do a much better job of it! Very nicely done -- both the delivery of the training and the video quality.
her voice is very beautiful
