Do you have picys of the second compressor setup attached to the the aircon compressor. Can you do a video on it perhaps. I have a endless air compressor, just scratching my head how to go about it. I have a 2H HJ75 ute, your set up would be identical to what I need to do to get it to fit:) Your set up looks amazing. Keep the videos coming, your doing great:) Thank-you for taking the time to make your videos.
It's fun to watch your videos :) I'm middle of turbocharging my hj60 so this will come in good use. I'm going to use old valmet turbo first ( kinda budject build) wanted to see how it pulls, since it's from 4,4litre 4-cylinder tractor. I'm going to make exhaust manifold myself, since in here Finland we have left hand drive so the brake master cylinder takes a bit of space from the exhaust. Have to make it front mount manifold
If your turbo can handle 1,5bars without overspinning, try that ;) 2H head gasket can handle that easily. Some of our offroad friends ran around 2bars, but they do only short pulls in the offroad
+corollagl82 On the 2h I don't think it's purely on boost, I think it's across the whole board. Don't quote me on that. I honestly don't know enough about tuning diesels. Petrol motors is where my expertise is lol
Hi guys ,How did the final result of the turbo turn out ? I've just install a turbo kit on my 2h I'm worried about over boosting it's , what would you say a safe amount of boost is , I'm just looking for a bit more power for towing over the hill but long Jeopardy is important, what's your guys thoughts about this, thanks
Mate the more boost the better. Diesels need boost to cool the combustion temps. I would run as much as your turbo size will allow. Usually 18-20psi for most standardish turbos.
Wish you could come to Uganda and build it on my old HJ60 diesel...just for fun...

Juuso's Garage Thanks man, glad you enjoy☺ that turbo should work fine I reckon! Good luck with it buddy!
Check out my facebook page Juuso's Garage to see what I'm building :)
Juuso's Garage Will do!

Great job! do you just install the turbo without changing pistons and con rods on the 2H?
Where do you get the water lines for the turbo?
Whats keeping the gate closed?
Every time you drill metal in a oil pan you supposed to take out to be clean out
You need more fuel for more boost.
do you have two air conditioning compressors ??
Yes, one has been converted to an air compressor
How do you enrich the fuel?
+corollagl82 The fuel screw on the back of the diesel pump
Boosted & Built Garage thanks for the reply how does the said screw enrich fuel at boost?

Boosted & Built Garage nice, first time i saw your video, i fell in love with your work. How is the wastegate triggered?
What size exaust in it
+Driftkid_boiz Power_slide 50 3" straight pipe with 3" cutout after dump

@@boostedbuiltgarage ok thanks for getting back to me mate 👍
The turbos to big
don't push the clutch pedal in twice to change gears... It a car not a truck ,,,,I know you don't like to hear that
Metal pieces will destroy the motor
Turbos way to small for a 4.0l. Should of used a xr6t turbo
It’s a diesel mate, a gt35 is going to be way to big
