I'm not a fan of current player podcasts. It never helps them on court or on field. And we are talking about dudes worth tens pr hundreds of millions trying to set them selves up for after their playing days? Look how many successful podcasts from ex players there are, doing it now while you are playing (and sucking) makes it look like the podcast is as important as balling...it isn't and never will be.
facts. Its an obvious distraction. Especially for a player like PG who is playing out very large contract. The time it takes to set up a podcast is time that should be spent rehabing or ya know....playing out that 50 million $ contract
All these “All Stars” have screwed the next generation of players. If I was an owner I wouldn’t give guaranteed contracts to many of these bums. Podcast P is a prime example.
Making every contract a team option after two seasons is going a bit too crazy… I think the NBA will make it so that contracts aren’t fully guaranteed by default anymore, similar to the NFL and MLB
There's no rule that prevents teams from signing players to non guaranteed or partially guaranteed contracts. The fact that players do get 4-5 year max fully guaranteed contracts tells you that the players absolutely do have the leverage. You can talk about the Ben Simmons and Kyrie Irving situations hurting the players in a CBA negotiation, but the fact of the NBA is that you are completely lost as a team without these superstars and if you won't pay them a guaranteed max, someone else will. Paul George turning in to Podcast P only really hurts him and the 76ers. The next time a player of Paul George's caliber or better hits the open market, someone is absolutely offering a max.
This is why you don't trade for a 34yo "superstar" who is not a superstar anymore. The American Sheeple are screwed up and living in the past when they should be organizing to get rid of those who are destroying sports - like Adam Silverstein and the second apron - to distract the attn of Sheeple.
I'm gonna call it the next Philadelphia draft only gonna play 30 games and will be a bust due to injury. They draft most injury prone player in every draft.
Biggest nba fan that I know and I barely watch games now. Don't want to hear you complain about the refs every week on your podcast, which every single one of them wants to do because it feeds the ego and is another check. Get in the gym dude. I'm old enough to have watched the last couple of generations of players and this current crop is by far the least likeable.
Now hypothetically speaking imagine if the spurs wanted to trade cp3 for Kyle lowery and Eric Gordon …. The 6ers would listen to goofy ah PG n not do it 😂
Paul George want that MVP (Most Valuable Podcast).
most vapid podcaster
He has 0 charisma
How lame do you have to be to take something that was said on the court so personal
never know what he said so who knows
What do you expect from someone nicknamed "Pandemic P" Man's nickname came from a fkn virus 😂
Paul George went from MVP candidate to Playoff P to Pandemic P to Podcast P.
Pg just admitted he's soft
The players are paid way too much for the money to be guaranteed.

Who cares what these players do in there spare time? As long as he practices and plays in the games the off the court stuff is meaningless.
What about the Kelce brothers? Draymond had his podcast when they won the chip in 2022.
That's why NBA today sucks, they not real basketball players they divas
@@HARRY__Pecker
@@CDiesel720they get paid millions of dollars to complain worse then women. The whole league is trash now
Future contracts will have to include no podcasts during the season ! Or talk about team stuff
I told a Sixers fan, this would happen.. He was so happy getting P George...
My only mistake, was thinking this would only happen on playoffs...

PG gonna finish with more podcast episodes than games played this season

sad to say The Process was a failure

Barring injury, Stephon Castle is now the odds on favorite to win ROY.
6ers didn’t wanna pay jimmy butler but will pay podcast p the max .
It’s hilarious that Maxey has a podcast, yet none of this drama ever results.
PAUL GEORGE WILL BE REMEMBERED AS A WASTE OF TALENT FOR 5 YEARS AFTER HE RETIRES THEN FORGOT ABOUT 😂
Every player should be on a Zion contract. So many players just sit out and get overpaid.
It was pandemic p
Indeed it was

This was hilarious 😂
Paul George has 3 years guarenteed.
Podcasting must pay him more than playing because why
Wish he could have gone to Houston. Would have been a great vet for the young core without having to play 50+ games in a season.

Dont worry they'll get a 2nd round swap in 2038
No one cares about Paul George!
Has he won or achieved anything?
Embiid is not cursed, it's just Karma!
God's will.

Yiy havr crissed the lune!
PG not seeing the Problem IS the Problem!!! Disgusting
