In my opinion, If ever local broadcasting companies want to make quality shows, they should start following the suit of other asian dramas, wherein they limit their episodes to 12-24 format every season and have a one week break in between episodes.
We need more of these kinds of content too in UA-cam. Hindi lang puro prank, mukbang, challenge challenge and all... I mean there's nothing wrong with it but it's just that parang people think it's what vlogging or making content is all about. When in fact, there's more to explore. And I hope that people will learn to support more individuals in the creative industry and those making quality content like this... Kudos!
The problem really is that the studios want these kind of shows to be aired weeknights without actually consulting the experts if these are possible. Also, the story planning is problematic.

The whole plot of the story is great .it just their own live acting adaptation sucks. The reference was obviously norse mythology and its well loved coz its pertaining thor. Overall stroy=great Acting=not that good

Ginawa kasing daily ng GMA , e al naman nilang walang time at low budget, buti sama kung once a week ponapalabas baka may time pa kahit low budget yung mga artists.
I love how you said that the problem with us Filipinos is that we patronize poor quality contents that's why some networks still produce them. So Filipino creators (such as well-known directors) bash Filipinos who'd rather watch foreign movies and series because it's treason against the Philippines. But they don't realize that we probably do so because we want to see good contents. Kapag naman may magandang lumalabas, nagiging bukambibig din sya ng mga tao. I agree, the way to resolve it is to make quality products. Love this!

UA-cam is becoming a platform for enticing prospects or a way of self referral by professionals, first architects then engineers, now film and VFX artists, what's the next reaction video, lawyers, doctors? I think they are doing it now nevertheless I respect these kind of contents it makes people see their potential passions in life.
That's one of the purpose really for professionals like them to get clients that's why they create contents. It's a known practice in digital marketing already.

2 things! 1. The artists does not get enough profit for their work that’s why they trash the quality of the video. 2. The network does not have enough budget to get professional artists to make good quality.
nah, it’s because of them not wanting to afford quality visual effects artists. Maybe they don’t see the importance of it. No wonder why great Filipino animators, visual effects and digital artists works overseas for better opportunities.

Dapat CGI oriented ang mga director, cinematographer ng films para mag work together ang acting skills at effects.Great acting + editing = masterpiece. Patunay ang wonderlast film na magagaling mga pinoy when it comes to effect.

After how many years kung paghahanap sa youtube ng mga vfx artist sa wakas nakita ko rin sila at ang ang work nila nakaka proud kasi, video editor trabaho ko na ininspire talaga ako pag makakakita ako ng mga pinoy na magaling sa VFX nag try ako dati pero natatamad ako pag momodeling palang ng character sa cinema 4d or blender di naman ako kagalingan buti nalang may mga ganitong video may makukunan tayo ng tips. honestly, from my perspective, I believe that most of Philippine's tv series are quick cash grabs that are essentially low budgeted and rushed projects with if not stale but bland and overused story lines. Yeah i get the actors and actresses are good looking but most of the time its just that. I would love to one day fund and produce a decent story in movie or tv-series form for, not onlt the filipino people to enjoy, but hopefully the world will too. other than that, I respect all the talented and creative people who both work on and off the set to create the projects they do, however, I would honestly love to see some more quality in our tv channels soon.
The reason why it's mostly low budget is because they tend to focus more on commercials than the actual series itself. For example, when I still watched television the show usually plays for about 5 mins, cuts to commercial for 10 mins, then back to the show, then to repeat the process again for 3 more times. This makes it a 20min show with 40mins commercial.

Finally may nakita akong youtuber na hindi lang nag cricritics kundi nag explain den kung bakit naging ganon yung outcome ng ating pinagmamalaking cgi kase bilang isang pinoy na nanonood ng disney movie I can see na bakit ang tagal mag release ng disney same though sa anime kaya pala matagal sila mag produce even though maganda they have a lot of budget talaga anyways kudos sainyong dalawa thank you po!
I think ABS-CBN is more innovative when in comes to CGI effects and Production. La Luna Sangre and Bagani may not be perfect but they portray and edit scenes more realistic and convincing.

I only know 2 movie made by filipino with high quality of VFX is Heneral Luna and Goyo the rest are junk its not the fault of visual artist here its network itself. GMA don't care for the quality even in their movie line its totally a junk i can accept that teleserye has that kind of visual effects coz of lack of time but for a movie like enteng kabisote or any movie from gma that use VFX or CGI are total trash i don't tolerate that kind of mindset of "bahala na basta may maipalabas" this is not a casual movie presentation on classroom made by student GMA.
Enteng Kabisote is not under GMA Films. Actually matagal nang hindi nag-pro-produce ang GMA ng movies. Wala talagang magagawa ang GMA sa mga movies na starring ang Kapuso kasi hindi under GMA Films.

Not every teleserye of GMA is like that..it depends on the team who creates the series (director, etc.) And most of the trending pics of the "low budget scenes" are actually from a kid's show "Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko"
Mig 1000 actually all of their series is like that. Tapos laging sa sabihin na pambata yung mga shows nila para tanggapin ng madla kahit halatang tipid na tipid budget.

This was very hilarious and educational at the same time lol! VFX takes a lot of time to render as well as properly plan each scene. I wonder if they used render farms for the effects to speed up production. Anyway, I think that movies would be the ones that would benefit the most when it comes to VFX because the effects team will have way more time and budget to get things done in a high quality manner. A long time ago, whenever I would accidentally see Indian movies on cable, I'd think "Wow, their special effects suck!" (like the Superman Indian version from the 70s or 80s I think). Nowadays, they have movies like the Baaghi series that have really awesome VFX that rivals anything created by Hollywood or South Korea. It shows that a country's level of VFX can evolve with time and technology, no reason why the Philippines can't do the same. I hope someday that Philippine movies will be able to climb up to that level. I'm sure the talent exists, but the proper projects, budget, and time probably don't. Maybe we'll see a modern take on an action movie of "Bernardo Carpio" in the future! Or a more polished "Darna" movie. Or maybe make a giant Philippine monster that's the pinoy answer to Godzilla, maybe a giant sized Tikbalang that's different from the traditional stories.
Kung di nyo pa po napapanood yung Rizal ni Marilou Diaz Abaya from 1997 (baka kasi sobrang bata pa kayo nun or di pa nga pinapanganak), try nyong panoorin. Maganda ang pagkakagawa at sobrang galing din ng mga aktor. May mga DVD nun sa mga record bars.
Mairerekomenda ko rin yung "Metro Manila" at "Dormitoryo". Indie film pareho at maganda rin pagkakagawa (nasa Metro Manila din si John Arcilla ng Heneral Luna). Yung Dormitoryo may full movie dito sa UA-cam uploaded mismo ng TBA films na may gawa rin ng Heneral Luna.

Me too. Their avengers themes video was well done. Better then even some TV effects on some shows. But it was loads more decent then. This. It's ok to not watch tv. If you dorn watch badly done shows. They'll stop making it. I didn't understand much of what they said but the visuals where self explanatory enough to be interesting content.

After how many years kung paghahanap sa youtube ng mga vfx artist sa wakas nakita ko rin sila at ang ang work nila nakaka proud kasi, video editor trabaho ko na ininspire talaga ako pag makakakita ako ng mga pinoy na magaling sa VFX nag try ako dati pero natatamad ako pag momodeling palang ng character sa cinema 4d or blender di naman ako kagalingan buti nalang may mga ganitong video may makukunan tayo ng tips. honestly, from my perspective, I believe that most of Philippine's tv series are quick cash grabs that are essentially low budgeted and rushed projects with if not stale but bland and overused story lines.
Yeah i get the actors and actresses are good looking but most of the time its just that.
I would love to one day fund and produce a decent story in movie or tv-series form for, not onlt the filipino people to enjoy, but hopefully the world will too.
other than that, I respect all the talented and creative people who both work on and off the set to create the projects they do, however, I would honestly love to see some more quality in our tv channels soon.
The reason why it's mostly low budget is because they tend to focus more on commercials than the actual series itself. For example, when I still watched television the show usually plays for about 5 mins, cuts to commercial for 10 mins, then back to the show, then to repeat the process again for 3 more times. This makes it a 20min show with 40mins commercial.
Me too except it's animation for me. Sadly Filipino tv stations sees Teleseryes as money cash-grabs rather than something to tell your story

I think ABS-CBN is more innovative when in comes to CGI effects and Production. La Luna Sangre and Bagani may not be perfect but they portray and edit scenes more realistic and convincing.

GMA don't care for the quality even in their movie line its totally a junk i can accept that teleserye has that kind of visual effects coz of lack of time but for a movie like enteng kabisote or any movie from gma that use VFX or CGI are total trash i don't tolerate that kind of mindset of "bahala na basta may maipalabas" this is not a casual movie presentation on classroom made by student GMA.

Enteng Kabisote is not under GMA Films. Actually matagal nang hindi nag-pro-produce ang GMA ng movies. Wala talagang magagawa ang GMA sa mga movies na starring ang Kapuso kasi hindi under GMA Films.

This was very hilarious and educational at the same time lol! VFX takes a lot of time to render as well as properly plan each scene. I wonder if they used render farms for the effects to speed up production. Anyway, I think that movies would be the ones that would benefit the most when it comes to VFX because the effects team will have way more time and budget to get things done in a high quality manner.
A long time ago, whenever I would accidentally see Indian movies on cable, I'd think "Wow, their special effects suck!" (like the Superman Indian version from the 70s or 80s I think). Nowadays, they have movies like the Baaghi series that have really awesome VFX that rivals anything created by Hollywood or South Korea. It shows that a country's level of VFX can evolve with time and technology, no reason why the Philippines can't do the same. I hope someday that Philippine movies will be able to climb up to that level. I'm sure the talent exists, but the proper projects, budget, and time probably don't. Maybe we'll see a modern take on an action movie of "Bernardo Carpio" in the future! Or a more polished "Darna" movie. Or maybe make a giant Philippine monster that's the pinoy answer to Godzilla, maybe a giant sized Tikbalang that's different from the traditional stories.

Mairerekomenda ko rin yung "Metro Manila" at "Dormitoryo". Indie film pareho at maganda rin pagkakagawa (nasa Metro Manila din si John Arcilla ng Heneral Luna). Yung Dormitoryo may full movie dito sa UA-cam uploaded mismo ng TBA films na may gawa rin ng Heneral Luna.
