one suggestion. The liner will try and pull out when the hand is pulled out or the mittens are washed.To prevent that, hand sew a couple of stitches through the seam at the top of each thumb, catching the lining fabric at the point of the lining seam. Do the same for the top of the finger section as well. The stitches will be embedded into the seams and will not show but they will insure that the lining and outside fabric stay together. This extra step will save the aggravation of the lining pulling out.
