Hello sir, Doesn't planets have 2 or 3 degree left and right side. In the first example Venus in degree outside the 7th house, but doesn't planets have extended degree position or just one degree. If sun is at 8 degree aquarius, will it be in exact 8 degree or will it be in 6 to 10 degree aquarius ??
here was some new insight through degrees. if moon is 27degree in 12th house but asc is 10 degree, do we count that atmakaraka is in ascendent? or how it is from this perspective

We have to check the degrees also need to see its shadbala strength then only we can conclude as to how much it will function.
