Most of Tibetan monastery have tradition of putting up stuff animal like yaks head or stuffed yaks body. I really don’t know but there must be meaning.
the monastery's monks number is fixed , the monks have to go to Buddhist college to finish their courses before they are assigned to the monasteries, in Tibet ,the monks are real elites among the tibetan Chinese society .
the people put up red flags are tibetan Chinese , I am a han Chinese ,we are Chinese .the youtuber and his family are tibetan American ,they are our guests from America .

It’s a custom in Tibet I really don’t the meaning.
