The EX characters are great! Garuda has weird moves but his design is badass. Rosso looks weird, he reminds me of a Jojos character to be honest. He is really fun to play.
Street Fighter EX3 is a weird game but it is fun. The roster is good but I wonder why they removed Hayate (He was my favorite in EX2) Also, no Akuma, Allen, Blair or even the Cycloids 🤔

Fun fact: Garuda is one of the strongest characters in street fighter it's even mentioned that he's rivaling even Akuma in terms of power.

Many of there moves got thrown into the customize character Ace. Blair's Shoot Kick for one.
