it's a rally for high school, it depends on what's the rally is about. for ex: back to school rally, which means they introduce the freshmen or the whole school abt the clubs and all that. i forgot what this rally was about but clubs and dance group get to perform. if it's a fantastics rally, then each class get to perform their skit + dance, when i say class i mean like senior, junior ect.
