(Modern day southern Balkans) It is listed on military diplomas for the years 78 to 180/192 AD. The cohors III didn't exist, it was cohors II. As this is a new cohort, they added a number I assume.
This is a festivity celebrated in northern Spain in the city of Lugo (Galicia), as you can see in the banner it's the same name but in Latin (LVCENSIVM)
