Bala Agung is a newly created Balinese welcome dance performed by Sanggar Paripurna dancers. It was choreographed by Made Sidia, one of Bali's most respected choreographers.
Sanggar Paripurna is a dance school and studio in Bona village, Bali, founded to honor the talent of Balinese children by providing classes in various artistic fields, including puppetry art (wayang kulit), percussion, dance, and sculpture with the objective of keeping Balinese artistic traditions alive for generations to come.
