He definitely won't be able to match viper on breeze. He seems more like a better phoenix than a better viper or breach, his "smoke" can't match actual smokers and his ult can't match breach's seems more like a jack of all traits.
His shield bubble seems really weak, especially given the cost. I think they need to put a minimal duration (or put a delay for the smoke to stay up after the shield is broken) so even if the shield is immediately broken it should stay up for the duration
Combined Harbour & Breach both popping off their Alts together would be a nightmare to defend against. Especially if ur hit but just one ud never be able to dodge the others.

You might think its no big deal but for the Indian gaming community it is especially when forsaken cheated in lan tournament it destroyed the Indian PC gaming community and because of a cheater who the community embraced and trolls are still there but we are recovering thanks to global esports and SK Rossi and other players for this . still that embarrassment, will remain as a permanent mark but still we will try to make this community safe, happy and non - toxic for everyone
