@@ram2791 I know he was saying BS when he said "I'm allowed to cut in line without a appointment when everyone else has an appointment" or whatever he said lmao Like no dude you make an appointment like everyone else and you wait..
Hey AOK I’m a current resident of the state of Georgia, and I’m not to far from Atlanta! I love your reaction videos I literally play them everyday! I just wanted to mention I think it would be so cool if you did a meet and greet with your audience *including me😊* in Atlanta and we could all do a cool Escape Room or something it would be fun and then we could to a meet and greet along with that?? Would be so awesome!!! Much Love! 💕🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I get pinecones and pine needles all over my yard! And we have 2 trees. They're both oak. Or something like that. But not pine trees. You think I'm itching at the neighbor? No. We pick the pinecones up and put them in our wheel barrow. The pine needles, we blow them up to our bushes along the side line. (Were saving up to have a company come and clean the pine needles up, just can't afford it yet eith 3 kids and prices going up lol). I didn't think to ask the neighbors to have their yard service men come and pick them up. I'm also not a confrontational person either lol. Idk how I'd go about doing that. Confrontational meaning, om not one to say no, complain if my food is bad, leave a bad review, ask someone to pick up something that's theirs lolol so idk how to go about doing that. But being aggressive is awful. I do it, and if I'm feeling bad (I get chronic migranes and have carpal tunnel bad), my kids will do it and I'll surprise them with money for doing so. I feel like there might be more bad history between those 2 people than the video shows lol Edit to add, why does she have a broom and is sweeping the yard? Where's your rake woman?
The ADA does not require that the person be moved to the front of the line (although this would be permissible), but staff must provide a chair for him and note where he is in line, so he doesn't lose his place
16:58 This is a paragraph from the actual ADA : A person who uses crutches may have difficulty waiting in a long line to vote or register for college classes. The ADA does not require that the person be moved to the front of the line, but staff must provide a chair for him and note where he is in line, so he doesn’t lose his place. A person in a wheelchair may wait in the line, and is not required that this person be moved to the front of the line. Staff may provide reasonable assistance if needed.
The lady about the parking space - WHY did he even entertain her that long? Now mind you - I feel the ssame way about the parking place in front of my house but like the man said they are not assigned so all I can do is....park somewhere else....
AND FURTHER MORE THERE'S NO POLICY NOR LAW SAYS PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIR HAVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE IN FRONT OF OTHERS THAT ARE NOT IN WHEELCHAIR UNLESS THERE'S A ANOTHER AREA FOR PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS.

So, the one of the gentleman in the wheelchair, I've actually seen the whole video. The security guard told them to go to the front of the line where the lady, who said she was the manager, refused them service. The *real* manager came out and pulled the man and his son aside to talk to them peacefully where he told them the lady was not the manager, and they did have priority over appointment for being disabled. The lady was actually the one in the wrong in that video and the man was a disabled war vet.

Some people need to stop wasting their times with other people's dramas. I feel bad for that old lady about her parking spot she seems like she might have problems. She wasn't being rude at all she was asking him if he could move because she always parks there the guy in my opinion was being rude with his attitude could of also easily avoided all this mess by just parking in the front spot. Like he was telling her she could do. Both of them are acting like children. I would of moved to a different spot and could of gone about my day like normal goodness some people are equally extra
@@maggiemccauslin1084 The stupidity could of been cut short. Both acted like children arguing about a parking spot. I don't know why people waste their energy on drama. He could of also just gotten out and left her talking alone but he decided to stay in there car arguing with her? You got your opinion don't come at me because you don't like mine. ❤
Federally it isn’t a requirement…. Each state / county are at liberty to make those choices…. Honestly I have seen it happen both ways here in TX ….. one was a lady who was very quiet never asked to be moved and within 20 mins of her sitting calmly in a rather lengthy line between the people ahead of her and the employee helping that line, she was moved up to the front…… now the other one I saw was man much like the one in the video except he had multiple family members with him and he wouldn’t even get in line to begin with. What he did was every 3 to 4 minutes he would send one of the family members further up the line to just kind of mesh in with the crowd… he would then wheel up a few minutes later and just start chatting with them like they had been in that spot the whole time….. the employee saw what was happening and came personally from behind the desk and said “ sir let me escort you to your spot in line, you seem to be confused to where that spot is.” Then proceeded (with the man’s initial permission) to wheel the man to the back of the line ….. everyone he had cut in front of started clapping ….
That's why your hat blew off LOL that had me cracking me up!
I was in a wheelchair once... the only time I got to skip lines was at rides at Disney other than that I waited just like everyone else in a place.
Maybe some place like California? Its not part of Federal ADA law.
@@ram2791 I was in Florida actually... and I know it's not so those guys are just being idiots and racist (of course)
