Clearly, the Bank has not followed the procedure in a fool proof way. Even though the Bank's advocate argues against maintainability of the case before the Court, rather than the DRT, the Court seems not convinced. The Bank's lawyer is beating about the bush. The arguement of the purchaser's lawyer is crisp and to the point, and convincing too.
