First one is from the Samurai in the starting underground area. You give him food you find on the surface (either delicious dish or one that was dropped by a slime). Once you give it to him, he gives you the travel pass. You have to reload the area either by dying or going to the surface and then back down again for the Attack buff to appear in his room. I forgot where the other attack buffs are, but the last one should be on Raiden.
