Garmin Fenix 6 has a battery life of up to 14 days and up to 36 hours in GPS mode. Additionally, the watch has a battery-saving mode. Garmin 6S has a battery life of up to 9 days and when in GPS mode, up to 25 hours. Polar Vantage V2 on the other hand has a battery life of up to 7 days and when in training mode, up to 40 hours.
