More than half a decade ago, I was listening casually to a friend’s playlist at work when GFriend’s Navillera came on. A certain main vocal’s voice caught my attention almost instantly, and I decided that I REALLY wanted to hear more of that singer. Yuju, in that sense, was my literal introduction to KPop.
Small wonder that I’ve been totally unable to shake its grasp on me ever since.
