Lol I noticed right away when he said test and appointment. It seems like hes basically just speaking very softly and maybe holding his breath or not vocalizing during some words. Those combined with some muffling from the mask make it hard to hear what hes saying so it's more like semi inaudible whispers IMO.
SRP is really good at understanding the sound levels needed for these videos. Only thing hes missing is a set of MXL condenser mics and a background noise edit. Still cant believe he does all these with his dang smart phone. Such talent!

Great visuals. Loved the flashlight toward the beginning, and the light mounted on your frames, magnifying glass, naturally occurring sounds and the sound of you breathing. Not a big fan of unintelligible, because no one talks like that in real life. ASMR happens for me more as a result of realistic sounds and speech, as opposed to role plays. Wishing you had recorded another version where you are speaking clearly for those of us who prefer that. Still better than anybody else on UA-cam for tingles. 👍🏻

What I find most impressive is that you make most of your videos virtually unedited. This one was pretty seamless. It’s not easy to improvise for 25 minutes straight. At least it seems that way to me; I often doze off halfway through each one, so maybe I’m missing some editing. 😝
This is soooooooo good. I'm tired but can't sleep and this came across my recommended so I decided to watch it. I've seen some of your other videos and remembered that you have an accent but didnt remember which one. In the beginning and parts where you're less audible your accents sounds Indian/SE Asian to me. I love Indian accents so much and I'm not too sure why. I feel like having an Indian/SE Asisn accent just makes people sound so much wiser. Also I love having non-white healthcare providers so you looking like me AND the accent was amazing for this RP. Is it ok to ask where your mic was during filming? The whispers sound like I'd expect them to but your breathing seems quite heavier than expected so that made me wonder if you had the mic in your mask or if the mask was just making you breath heavier and was caught by the mic. Either way it's fine and kind of puts me at ease anyways. I have a form of asthma and my nose tends to usually be stuffy or I catch myself breathing through my mouth so most of the time when I breath through my nose I sound like I'm suffocating. Sorry for the novel of a comment 😭 this was a phenomenal RP with phenomenal whispering.

I think only one other ASMR UA-camr did that (and did it well), and that was MassageASMR (Dmitri). He doesn't really do many videos anymore, sadly.
