I still see alot of capped brood. Should I do OA sponges/pads or vapor?

If you chose to vaporize, you will need to do follow up treatments as the vapor will not kill mites in capped brood. It is best to use OA vapor when there is a brood break. Varroxsan strips may be a better option for you right now.
