He's allowed to wed more than once since among the conditions of polygamy in Islam is the man treating all the wives with justice,equality and fairness. The other conditions are;The wives shouldn't exceed four,He should be able to satisfy all of them sexually and that he must be financially stable to cater for all their need some . The other wives can choose to attend the co wives wedding or not.Not a must for her to attend but again have never had a woman celebrating wedding of a co wife although such cases could be there but I think if so then they are rare.
