Wow the plaintiffs are Beyond idiotic they put a pool cleaner into their client's pool without asking the client if he wanted it he never agreed for them to put it in then they act upset when they have an issue getting it back, he gave them more than enough notice to pick it up when he told them he wouldn't be needing their service anymore, then they go over in April even though the client told them not to come anymore and they still don't pick up the pool cleaner, then they try to put a lien on the new homeowners property when they had no contract or agreement with the new homeowner or the old homeowner, I think if anybody is responsible for the loss on the pool cleaner it's the plaintiffs and nobody else give me a break.
Something similar happened in different episode/case & apparently it could be a condition called "Echolalia". I'd never heard of this before & found it really intriguing.
@@user-vf6ru8gm9p if they’re trying to prove their case depending on their testimony, they need that evidence regardless because the plaintiff can contradict everything the defendant says.
All the defendant needed was a cup of coffee and an egg mcmuffin. He didn't need to bring any documents, he's not counter suing and any award would be paid by the show.
Another case where she doesn’t say ‘we are in trial now, if it’s good enough for you, it’s good enough for me’. Bring your evidence on the day of court.
The plaintiffs are outrageous, they put a lien on a property that had NOTHING to do with their case, which was between the plaintiffs and the previous owner, who hadn't asked for the machine in the first place. This is entirely on the plaintiffs for forced marketing...
i feel like the plaintiffs think that the defendant was only able to sell his house because of their pool cleaning device and they think because he made a profit selling his home then they should get some of that money too . envy much ?
@Stephanie Nicholas, WOW! "pot calling the kettle black", saw at LEAST! 3 spelling errors in your comment, you could join the more brain cells club too! :(
now there is a word you don't read everyday, kudos on that. They did say they were on vacation so I don't think it's neuro-divergent, I believe they tried the wrong food at lunch and are both suffering some gas pains.
They are poor business owners and plaintiffs...no proof of anything... then the nerve to say..well we're on vacation..as if you have pack emails and text messages...
The plaintiff's sound like they didn't make it out of the first grade. Unfortunately they sound porely educated. They surely don't know how to run a business. Blaming their mistakes on others. They put a pool cleaner in the defandants pool without his permission? Really? That makes perfect business sense. Let me go by his house and drop a cleaner in there, then put a lean on the house, after the guy sells it. They really need to grow a couple more brain cells.
If he sent them an email saying, "I'm selling my house," then they both had each other's emails! Why didn't the Plaintiff send an email and ask: "can we put a new robot in your pool?"
It could be he has a condition called "Echolalia". There was a completely different case where a woman was doing the same thing & someone in the comments suggested it could be Echolalia. It does look quite strange though.
WHAT IN THE MOONPIE IS GOING ON W/ THE PLAINTIFFS THE DEFENDANT DIDN'T ASK FOR IT THEN TRYING TO PUT A LEAN ON "THE HOUSE" I KNOW THAT'S RIGHT I WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN MY FORWARDING INFO TO THESE NUTS EITHER
Starting at 8:16, is the husband talking to himself? It is one episode where the audio actually matches the individuals speaking, so it isn't delayed audio, just looked off to me. Also, how can they not access their email as JM asked? Even on vacation they should be able to access their email account, surprised JM did not pursue that.
Milian was more than generous in this instance to allow both litigants to get proper documentation to prove their cases. Generally she doesn't do this, but saw fit to do so here. Pools are extremely difficult to maintain. Most don't take that into account before deciding to purchase a home with one.
i hate these cases when this judge gives people extra time because then we will never know the outcome of the case and that defeats the whole damn purpose of this show . judge , u are a TV SHOW / COURT SHOW judge and u are paid to make a decision , u are not paid to send the litigants home without a complete and full decision and leaving all the show viewers to not know the outcome .
I hope the new homeowner file a lawsuit against the plaintiffs. These people are just ridiculous, did the defendant say he wanted the extra service? I can access my emails from my cellphone 😔😔
I've said it multiple times that this judge gets on my nerves sometimes and this is an example of one of those reasons, her little snide remark towards the end of the video where she says that the defendant seems like somebody who would leave the pool dirty for the next homeowner was not necessary and just flat out rude! There was nothing he said or did that would make him seem that way, why because he canceled their service in march? He straight up said that they don't use the pool during that time of the year and that he would clean out the leaves himself, it's not impossible or hard to maintain a pool on your own it's just more of an annoying chore that people would rather pay somebody else for.
She's fully aware of the case, she interrupts them because she doesn't have the time to listen to every 30min sob story and let these people make each and every fugging case a day's long trial. She has to cut them off, she probably wouldn't have if they would get to the point vs adding all kinds of different accusations that have nothing to do with this case. This is supposed to be a speedy trial and she makes sure that it will. BTW, you have to choice to not watch this, just go visit Judge Judy. 🤣🤣🤣
yes u are right , she seems to insult people or say inappropriate things but if a litigant says the same type thing then she scolds them . and she always corrects males if they refer to a woman as a girl but totally ignores the fact that women of all ages are referred to as a GIRLFRIEND . and she would throw someone out of court if they called her honey but she calls litigants honey all the damn time so she is a hypocrite too . although calling a judge honey is pretty stupid if u want to win a case .
The plaintiffs expect their emergency to be everyone else's emergency. Why would u do something the homeowner didn't agree to? You just do it and charge people? It sounds like extortion to me. How many excuses did they give for not doing something they were responsible for? Now they can't provide proof bc they are on vacation? Huh? I guess they really don't want their equipment back that badly. And then they expect everyone else to adjust to their needs. Selling a house and moving is one of the most stressful things in life. If they thought he would take responsibility for it they are crazy. If I were the defendant, I wouldn't want to emntion this to the new homeowners either.
i feel like the plaintiffs think that the defendant was only able to sell his house because of their pool cleaning device and they think because he made a profit selling his home then they should get some of that money too . envy much ?
The defendants giving ”The Hills have eyes!!!!! The hills have eyes!!!!”, in The Weeknd voice lol. The wife is clearly a lot older. The husband is on the special side. If you know what I mean.
I believe you mean the PLAINTIFF'S 🙄... Talking shit about how someone is "special" and can't distinguish between the plaintiff and defendant when it's right there in front of your face! 🤦🏻♀️
Very disappointed. Stephanie Nicholas writes: "They put a pool cleaner in the defandants pool without his permission? Really? That makes perfect business sense" It makes sense because they did business with him for two years. When it comes to service, like house cleaning or maintenance, it's the understanding that the one paying for it is saying, "Do what you need to do." The plaintiffs took the initiative to do what they thought was right. Now that it has been evidenced on this episode that the defendant testified that he tried to get the pool cleaner back to the plaintiff, the new owners now know that did NOT come with the house. Hopefully the plaintiffs will file a new case against these new owners of the house to get their equipment back, especially since the defendant never told them he was selling the house. He is part to blame as well. If these new owners don't give the pool cleaner back, I hope karma sure gets them.
It's going to come back down to the fact that the plaintiffs voluntarily left their equipment at the defendant's house. The defendant told them they were moving, and they neglected to get their equipment. The plaintiff admitted that they had bad administrative help. That's just going to be part of doing business. The new homeowners don't owe anybody anything. As far as their concerned, they paid for that pool cleaner. It was the responsibility of the business owner to retrieve their equipment once they were notified that they were going to lose rights to their equipment.
I’m sorry. It’s 2022. Neither side could access their emails?? Something ain’t right. 🤨

Absolutely wild they were able to put a lien on someones house. How can a random business just go out and put a lien on your house?
They can't, I believe what they meant was they TRIED to do that and the new owner made it clear that if they tried they would be sued.
Should have liened it before he sold it. That would have pushed the retune if the item
I physically LOL every time a litigant refers to the guy at the end as “Your Honor” man. “That’s your fault, that’s on you guys” too savage💀💀
Looks like they practiced what to say. Crazy ventriloquist.
Very good questions directed to the Judges at the end. Who knew John was the one more likely to panic.

WTF??? 8:12 everything the wife says the husband is mouthing it as she speaks.. It must be written down for her to say that at some point.
Yes! I noticed it too.
And notice in the beginning him mouth “smile”, nudged her because of her slight smile, and then she scooted away from him lol. Controlling much?

I’m in love listening to JM and her husband’s stories at the end. You can tell they are made for each other. ❤️❤️
I don’t think I’ll ever understand how both sides didn’t have the documents needed for the case firsthand.
Have you listened to them? I sure can see why

@@user-vf6ru8gm9p if they’re trying to prove their case depending on their testimony, they need that evidence regardless because the plaintiff can contradict everything the defendant says.

Echolalia!

Why is the husband mouthing the words that the wife says???? There is something weird going on here!!!!! REALLY weird.
He also told her to smile, nudged her, then she scooted away in the very beginning!
At the beginning when the husband nudged his wife when JM asked who wants to speak. 😂 My husband does that whenever we're at a drs appointment.
