It's burried inside a pile of coolant hoses, electric wires etc. The work involved going under the car, over the car, and back under many times to free the components. Being charged 2000 for all this means I got the work done at value for money. But if anyone's quoting you over 3000 I'd say it's not worth that much. But whatever the choice, do not do it yourself, 90% chances you'll round out a bolt or damage coolant hoses, inviting more problems.
