I have to say watching all those WW2 documentaries on the History Channel in the early 2000's when I was a young teen was a huge influence on the rest of my life. Also this reminds me a bit of "So You've Decided You Want To Become a Goth"
Hehe, this was funny, but also true, it's not hard to make Neofolk songs or moody soundscapes and they still sound cool. I can't play the guitar, but I guess a harp does the job, too...with enough reverb nobody can tell the difference anyway 😅
this is one step away from being a bad folk metal song! The song Sounds more like an acoustic version of The Sisters of Mercy! BTW: You missed: for drums "desk/table top".... Add drone sound!
