During which a member of the British Parliament outlined the concerns of his constituents as part of his world tour to form an international alliance of parliamentarians. Latvian politicans goes to the level of international diplomacy. The distinguished guest chose the most advanced Latvian politicans, from Latvian politicians as worthy of discussion.
