I've watched hundreds of watercolor videos and this is the first time your video has shown up on my feed. OMG! I finally get it when it comes to wet on wet! Please don't stop producing videos and share your talent...Sara
SoulSistersSurvivors Sisters Thank you I ‘m a watercolor painting teacher in Thailand And very busy teaching with 45 student per week but I will try to make a new clip soon.
Thank you!! Love this! I've been trying for so long to paint roses and they don't turn out good. Looking forward to trying this technique!!! More tutorials please!!!!
Beautiful demo. I see you are using the dry-into-wet technique that I've seen Adisorn Pornsirikam use. Could you give me some advice on the timing of adding the dryer paint (how wet the surface vs how wet the brush)? Also, I do know the brush you're using is an Asian brand but what is it made of (natural fibers, synthetic, a mix)? My brushes split whenever I try to work with them with less water. I appreciate any advice you can give me on this technique because I love the results but have been unsuccessful so far.
StarrZing I wet the paper 2 times and I don't paint it immediately, after the water absorb into the paper in minute I start paint. I wash my brush and I touch out the water from my brush with the tower before I touch the dry color into the wet paper.
Fernando Guerrini you don' worry about the brand of brush too much you can used any angular brush any brand it's about technique for make your successful of this painting. I will made new video clip for show you about the different brand of brush for this technique soon.
I have been trying to learn this technique from Adisorn and found out both paper quality and angular brush is important for this. But I am usually stuck at the outer petals whereas centre turns out good. Any suggestions? I have also seen him painting overlapping flowers with this technique, Can you show us some demo of that?
Maayer Anchal First thing you have to study about rose structure, my technique I paint in shadow part for make the petal and use darker color for deep part about technique of Mr. Adisorn you have to ask him not me
