The Labour Party & other 2 political parties challenge IEC in ConCourt for 2024 election eligibility

The Labour Party of South Africa and other Two political parties took the IEC (Electoral Commission) to the Constitutional Court in a final bid to join the race to the 2024 National and Provincial elections.
The apex court heard three applications from the Labour Party of South Africathe African, Congress for Transformation (ACT) and Afrikan Alliance of Social Democrats, who all seek leave to appeal the April judgment of the Electoral Court.
