my mom knows nothing of the game she heard about it from me ofc! but my mom did get me the doll for my early bday gift since i did buy the mcn and cmb toys for royale high, so when i get the set i will redeem it on my alt and trade the set away, as much as i collect sets this set will NOT be one i will own for the reasons behind it, i did talk to my mom about it and she was upset at first bc she didnt know but, all is good she know now and im still grateful she thought about me! she did not have to get me anything!
I recommend not to trade it away try returning it if not just keep it on ur Alt trading it away will just result in smb trading it for profit and thus making the set popular..
Also to clear some misinfo about RH & their partnership with Jazwares :) Jazwares technically aren't doing much with Roblox anymore so the developers, creators, etc of the game have to directly work with Jazwares to make toys which is why Royale High has a master toy licensing agreement with them, I feel like people shift the blame onto Roblox way too much in an attempt to defend barbie. Jazwares has recently signed licensing deals with several independent creators on Roblox as part of its DevSeries gaming brand, which launched earlier in April I did some more research into the Roblox aspect and read that apparently the production for the Roblox toys had finished during early 2023 in which their contract together expired on June 30th, 2023, which means they no longer make Roblox based toys but they did begin working independently with DevSeries (MM2, Brookhaven, Arsenal, etc) plus Adopt Me and now Royale High. Which means Royale High signed a contract with Jazwares recently on their own accord, it's just upsetting all around

I hope this made sense, it's not royal highs fault nor is it the fault of the clueless people who bought it not knowing. If you were young and didn't know about the whole thing going on with jazwares and their beliefs you would most likely ask a parent to buy it and I highly doubt any parent would put effort into looking into a toy companies beliefs that also makes other popular toys. Just know when your buying squish mellows your supporting jazwares as well. If you did more research you would realize that jazwares produces a lot more thing for other companies, royale high isn't the only company who made a simple mistake that led to them funding genocide
