@@kolovodza if you've done trail centres it will be fine, just take breaks to let your hands and legs recover. There might be one or two short sections you choose to get off and walk if it's wet but overall, the loop is more physical than technical.

Took us about 7 hours altogether, including stops for navigation, food etc
