It’s interesting how you say that singed gameplay and lore is opposite.
Imo, in old league lore, where the league was cannon, I actually think his gameplay loop heavily fit his character design. It makes sense that a mad scientist that abducts and experiments ppl, who gasses complete continents of innocent people…
That that man would then take the rules of the league and turn it on its head by gassing innocent and unsuspecting minions with tactical strikes and wasting the time of enemy champions through knowledge and strategy… often completely sacrificing himself, ignoring all emotion and sensation of pain, because he logically knows that he will revive each time he dies on the rift.
It actually makes a lot of sense if the league is cannon lol

i think that annie and singed the last perfect old champions in the sense that riot should NEVER change their kit, but he really do need some bufs, its insane how bad he is, no dmg, no tankness
