Seriously though I have been feeling a LOT of fear the last few days, before that I had a blissful reencounter with music after being dissillusioned with it for a long time. I suppose this is the pendulum swing, but I also worry that the military worldwide are experimenting with frequencies on us and we have to learn to be more centered than ever. Walking up hills is a big thing for me along with Wim Hof it´s the only way I can keep anxiety and or depression at bay.
