A lot of people are curious, so: The Creation - present members Simon Tourle - lead vocals (early 2000s-present) Eddie Phillips - vocals, lead guitar (1966-1967, mid-1980s-present) Tony Barber - vocals, bass guitar (early 2000s-present) Kevin Mann - drums (early 2000s-present) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Creation_%28band%29#Members
THANK YOU FOR PUTTING UP ALL THESE CLIPS FROM THE RANDALL ISLAND FESTIVAL. I met Little Steven at a Creation gig , and he asked me "Can you tell me why The Creation were not HUGE?!". All I could say was , it seems they were too hard - edged for the US , and even the UK , where they charted , but , not very high. In Germany , they were treated like the gods they were . But , they always went for stuff like that , over there. Who's the singer , I wonder ? He's really good , but , he isn't Bob Garner.
Simon Tourle - lead vocals (early 2000s-present) Bob Garner was part of the band, until he sadly passed away in July 2016. So now the guitarist Eddie Phillips is the only original member in the band.
OMG - GO-GO DANCERS, LOL ! ! ! ;D Hey, I didn't even _know_ The Creation were still going with Eddie Phiillips, so THANK YOU for letting me find out! It's too bad they probably will not tour Canada or North America...
Thanks for posting this. I was there. Does anyone have any idea what happened to all the footage they shot of this Festival? It was apparently in 3d as well. You can see the multiple cameras going by on the stage. So mysterious.
I have been wondering about this for years. I was at the show and the MCs kept talking about the movie that this footage would become. I have not been able to discover exactly what happened to that plan. I would love to see more from this amazing festival/
@@Keith-zu4tz I once ran into Little Steven and asked him this very question. He looked at me and said something along the lines of "Oh my god, that's never going to come out" He never elaborated but walked away very exasperated. I sort of got the feeling his hands were tied for some reason. I was in the photo pit for the festival and it was indeed an amazing day. Hopefully one day this footage will see the light of day.

Does anyone have footage from the 2001/2002 shows?
Fantastic. Brilliant drumming performance I thought. Anyone know who he is? Stole the show IMO . Love it!
