Any reason to shut down that site and start a completely fresh one just to drive more traffic early on? I understand regular, quality posts that are unique & helpful, optimized for SEO, etc. etc. will ultimately drive traffic, but is there any advantage to be gained from starting completely fresh to get off on the right foot?
I watched this video a year ago and actually went out and did it. After 1 year and a hundred articles, I get to 9800 pageview/month, but the EPMP is way lower than he said, more like $1. Still got a long way to go I guess.

Only two guarantees you can make: If you never start, it will never succeed...and if you quit, it will certainly never succeed.
This was super helpful. Thank you!
I wonder if this income timeline is comparable even for UA-camrs (like if we make videos rather than articles).
I am new blogger 13 days with 14k page views and 24 blog posts waiting for monetisation. Want to be successful blogger like you. Thanks for sharing valuable tips 🙂
If you do that in Spanish, what are the number you would expect? I have a website around 2k pageviews a month (6 months old) and I barely get 20 cents per day on ezoic
Great video on how to approach blogging.
Thanks for this. Im at 65 posts in year 1. A dollar a month :)
Hello Anjoe, you make some promotion of your blog or just organic traffic?
thank you for all the advice guys, really useful!
I started a website 3 years ago and only have one article posted. Any thoughts on running into the early traffic issues noted in this video if I start an aggressive posting schedule with a site that's been effectively idle for this long? Any reason to shut down that site and start a completely fresh one just to drive more traffic early on? I understand regular, quality posts that are unique & helpful, optimized for SEO, etc. etc. will ultimately drive traffic, but is there any advantage to be gained from starting completely fresh to get off on the right foot?
I watched this video a year ago and actually went out and did it. After 1 year and a hundred articles, I get to 9800 pageview/month, but the EPMP is way lower than he said, more like $1. Still got a long way to go I guess.
any update today?
Hello! thanks so much for this video! How many page views should we be aiming for in first 2 months &then rst 6 months? thanks!
In the first 2 minths, focus on writing good content and your motivation should be the number of impressions on Google Search Console. That is a grwat sign Google is indexing your content. The rankings shall come later at month 8,9,10
Useful content! Thank you guys!
Thanks for this, on average how long should be a post be?
You always proposed, writing content in the, friendly neighbour talking style. Do you think Wikipedia, no person style could be an advantage? Basically being very definitive, or do you think injecting a bit of character and personality to blog posts helps with pageviews? Im an expert in my field, and im just trying to come across in the most helpful way.
Well, I just want to thank you for sharing your knowledge. It gave me a lot
Great information here! :)
I didn't catch who is paying per 1000 page views. Is that automatic, or do you also have to recruit advertisers ?
If the most important thing is front-loading content and giving it time, would there be any downside to publishing daily for 6 months, having nearly 200 posts, and then just letting it go?
Confused about the Facebook recommendation. Just a few days ago, you and Jim were saying Twitter and Facebook were not worth bothering with...?
I just started outsourcing before I hit my 2 year mark of blogging.
When do you monetize your site and what option is the best for your first site with little traffic as it builds?
I love your videos , learned a lot from it , Thanks
