    So why is it that a machine like this can't do AC tig? This would be a question for Miller mainly. I'm curious about this. And yes, I would probably buy one.

      Thank you for your question, Billy. For an inverter power source to have AC TIG welding capabilities, it must be able to carry weld current in both AC and DC modes, which requires additional components and design considerations. Thank you!

      I see. Any idea when that will happen? I don't mean to sound out of place, I'm sure I am anyway, but that would truly make it an "all-in-one" unit. Just imagine the possibilities and the bottom line.
