    Absolutely spectacular flight. I'm always wanted to fly on this route, so it's really nice to watch this video. Really informative for me 😁

    I flew into Santiago years ago (Avianca from memory). I was surprised how close the Andes are. Dominate everything

      You're right. Arriving in Santiago is always a pleasure, having the Andes so close during approach. You can't get enough of those amazing views.

    Cool video. The flight seemed pretty full. Not sure of the frequency, but is it mostly tourists? I believe that Chile and Australia have economic synergies - minerals, mining.

      Thank you. It was pretty full indeed. QF flies four times a week (if memory serves me right). Once they introduce 787-9, they'll fly daily.

      @@gonzamotulski Well that's all we can witness is a flat non-rotating Earth worldwide.
      70% of water is leveled which means flat and not one part higher than another.
      We can observe a flat non-rotating Earth in this video that you posted in this thread. But it looks like you were using a fish eye lens camera.
      2D makes 3D and 3D cannot be flattened into 2D maps because 3D is derived from 2D. Aeronautical charts use true north for their reference point which is considered an Azimuth map. Azimuth uses true north, magnetic north, and grid etc.

      Yes, it's a huge amount of CO2 produced by this type of long haul flight: that's why I try to compensate the emission and contribute to cut off the carbon dioxide in other ways.

    Does this plane fly at the speed of Mach 2.0? According to flat earthers this flight is fake or the plane is flying faster than f22 with after burner 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

      It doesn't even reach mach 1. Only 0.80 aprox
