I've been running the 1904s for about 16 months now, straight up best tire there is. I especially like the trailing abilities, but rock and even mud are on this tires skills list.
Those tires are great. Even the truck it came with rtr, gmade bom was also very capable truck. Wish you would’ve got one before to tackle your obstacle course and compete with your other crawlers.

What part isn't C2 legal? Can't see anything in the SORRCA rules that would disqualify them O.o Maybe you're thinking of C1 with the 4.19 max tire diameter?
Because sadly there is a 4.75” or 120mm tire size max. These are said by Gmade to be 4.8 or 121mm. It’s weird because 121mm is 4.76 and some numbers. But still over size for C2 sadly.

U could always boil new foam inserts so they're almost completely broke in. Instead of driving to get em broke in. (Yes more fun driving! 😁👍, But). Boiling, i think is better for firmer inserts

Try the 3brc antifoams with 1904s on tgh wheels
The soft antifoams conform but don't roll at all

Right, 4.75 spec limit for C2. For us our C3 requires 4.76-5.80 size tires so by specs these are awesome.

Look at the hobbywing 1080 esc and a Surpass motor of your choice.
I would rather go Brushed than listen to that squeal

This is brushed, the noise is from the BRXL esc, it has an audible PWM and thats what you hear. The 1080 has PWM options to make them quiet
