So Kefla still better due to up to 4 AA stacks with good ki management. I've done the test so Kefla still remains highest atk value besides Goku kaioken LR bug's billions

I’ve not had any issues with this brolys defense even at 55% no dupes, most of my other units on the same team take slightly more than him
