They really nailed the look the fox gives. Like a GSD with nothing upstairs who wants to do nothing but play and stares at you with intense empty eyes lol.
Most fun gamemode yet, although hard to win. I find the most optimal strategy to play is to always play lie cards first, at least with 4 players. And then in the 1v1 scenario, the lowest no. shots fired wants to try and call their opponents bluff to shoot them. And always better to have someone with fewer shots fired shoot you than another with more shots shoot you.
I’ll definitely have to buckle down and test some things out, but I think you’re onto something. Either way I feel like I have way more fun playing this mode casually than anything else. I’ll prob just play it for fun and leave all my try hard antics for basic and devil rules. We will see though
100% so far I’m treating this as a chill casual game mode to have fun in. But if anyone is gonna break it down and come up with strategies for it, it’ll be me haha
Chaos game mode is much better than the Devil one. It doesn't punish the entire table for someone's else mistake and lets you do some social engineering to convince people not to shoot you while putting less focus on mind games with the card plays. It's a bit of a shame that you can't play more than one card anymore and it kind of loses it's charm when it gets to a 1v1. The master card is weird because it can be a double edged sword where you either get a free reset or effectively lose a shot on your gun, but compared to the Devil's deck it's much more fun The new Red Panda character looks a bit off. The head doesn't fit on that body imo, the tattoos are nice but the voice is weird. The original cast's voices are fine but the new characters feel very much like AI generated ones
I agree devil mode is just basic rules with one twist that really doesn’t spice up the game too much, where Chaos mode feels fresh, and yeah they might as well have added in a Turkey instead of the panda lol
Haha I was kinda waiting for the new update for awhile now, plus I got my new set up so I’ve been trying different things as wel, I’ll be posting more often now that the update is finally here!
We played this irl at a friendsgiving party. Standard 5 card hand but with one gun between the whole table. People were scrambling as soon as a seat opened up!
Lol I just thought about a variation last night (only discovered your videos and the game then) where when you call someone out you always use your gun regardless who gets shot. Called them out correctly? You shoot them. Called them out incorrectly you shoot yourself. Once a player is out their gun remains on the table and that's where I was considering what exactly to do with it. Basically the issue is that each gun has one bullet so if you used your gun to shoot someone else you are completely safe from being called. So there's multiple lines of thoughts on how to fix that by incorporating the dead guys gun. 1 you can always pick a dead guys gun instead of your own when shooting, but that would make the game a bit boring as suddenly you got a number of safe lives after shooting someone with your gun until you went through all your 6 shots. 2 have you pick the gun of the dead player, meaning there's another layer of strategy added to when you call someone out to kill them as you don't want a gun that only has a 50/50 left in it. I think this is probably the most interesting variation as it adds a ton of strategy to the game while the total number of blanks in the game remain the same as usual just that they will be redistributed as people die. 3 have the player character pop out the dead guys bullet slot it into their gun and give it a spin. There's definitely more variants you can choose but those are the three I could think of that would be interesting and not overly complicated. The one issue with this style of play is that calling people out gets riskier for you the further along you go as the gun used to shoot them and yourself is the same one meaning the game may slow down dramatically as people fear taking risks towards the end when they got pretty decent odds of having to shoot themselves with a likely kill shot if they guess wrong. Also it removes the aspect of considering your own number of used blanks to your play style. This means your play style needs to be almost entirely adapted around the person to your right to have them call you out as few times as possible as their gun decides the odds of you dying when called out correctly. Definitely would make for an interesting alternate game mode though I think.
my gripe with chaos rules is the person last to put down a card in the first rotation is the one most screwed over. cause 90% of the time i've seen has been people just dropping cards until then. Add on only technically five out of 12 cards are bad cards, only one card at a time at all times, and the ease at which you can hold your good cards, and you've got a recipe for the last person in turn order each round getting screwed over.
The issue with this new mode is that there are more cards that trigger something bad for the one calling "liar;" only 5/12 are actual lies vs the 12/20 in the normal game.
being able to shoot at someone else is sorta refreshing, but i don't get why they reduced the hand to three cards and force single card turns? imo that limits the strategy from the original liar's deck of deciding how many cards to play
Yeah I agree, I like it because it is a quicker version potentially, but it def takes away strategy. So far I’m keeping this as my casual deck experience, something to play in a pinch to have some fun and mix things up. We will see how it develops after some more experience
It's pointless to show every game when a new card hasn't even been played. Focus more on actual content. The "No round will be skipped" makes more sense in a series where a challenge is involved and not for exciting new stuff (clickbait) but then show a round full of nothingburger
You know that there is more to the update than 2 cards yeah? New bar, new character, and I was still showcasing the new game mode in that clip lol. If you don’t like it go watch a tictok 30 sec break down or a UA-cam short.
You really got butt hurt because I thought a game that you reviewed looked boring, you have on average of 50k-100k views on your videos and you really got upset about one person disliking the game?? That’s wild bro get a life XD Your just a reviewer you didn’t make the game wtf
@anthonyontv not butthurt brother just letting you know it's a bad look as a fellow creator to drop yawn on another creators content, just food for thought for the next time you consider it
@slorgs soy, if you are gonna be a critic and review games, you can’t expect everyone to like the same games as you, just because you like it doesn’t mean everyone else will. I don’t do fake shit here, we tell it how it is. And your a cringe weirdo.
@@anthonyontv look man unconstructive negative comments on a UA-cam video are a dime a dozen, the more successful a video is the more negative comments you get it's inevitable. But an unconstructive negative comment from an actual creator is incredibly rare and definitely a bad look. Anyway you clearly don't care so my apologies for disturbing you please continue to enjoy your truth
@slorgs bro grow a pair and be a man, enough of your lame crying, it’s weird that you have so much support, but you choose to focus on a one word comment In a sea of people who nut ride you. Get over it, stop acting like a girl. I didn’t like the game you covered, it looked boring, so I commented “yawn” it’s the 100th extraction shooter that came out this month, it’s also a carbon copy or hunt showdown but with modern guns. Big whoop.
we got a greenscreen now too, also not sure if you experienced this yet but there's a glitch when sometimes the host migrates you instantly win and everyone gets kicked out but you.
It’s actually just a Camera effect haha, no green screen. But the only big I experienced so far is that when the gun shoots it doesn’t kill anyone and “misses”

Haha one of the best character models for sure
the heck is a GSD
4:35 "the only thing im disappointed about in this update so far is that giraffe back there should have a way longer neck" LMAOO
XD I wanted it so bad, now I’m waiting for an alligator with sun glasses
best liars bar content creator without a doubt
I appreciate you brother
You really had to put me getting absolutely destroyed at the very first part of the video?
XD it was a meaningful sacrifice
Poor Davy man...
Bro took the L as his profile picture, I mean... It was always written.
Idk if it's just me, but I hope someone would make a video of every character's death animation in every ways in Liar's Bar

New mode looks pretty cool.
It really is man
2:51 bro u made me check my steram for that notification
Hahaha I try to keep my feed clear for my videos but everyone was hitting me up about the new update
It's a cool gimmick. But it seems there's less room for strategy than in the original.

It was, I thought it was the new bar XD my fault
Was wondering when you were gonna upload again. Glad your back!
Haha I was kinda waiting for the new update for awhile now, plus I got my new set up so I’ve been trying different things as wel, I’ll be posting more often now that the update is finally here!
btw it was me who asked what happens if yall both die
Haha gotcha
it become a draw

I love it, I didn’t think they were gonna do so many different game modes for liars deck, but now who knows what they will cook up, so far so good.

Hahaha
The goat is back , hope your doing well bro!
11:15 did highlight but chaos card changes from purple to red hard to notice till you play enough
The issue with this new mode is that there are more cards that trigger something bad for the one calling "liar;" only 5/12 are actual lies vs the 12/20 in the normal game.
Weird when they no longer say 1, 2 or 3 for the cards.
Fr I'm so used to it by now;(
It’s just cause you can only drop one card at a time in that game mode
holy shit they added a red panda
when i get this game i'm instalocking kudo i'm literally a furry my fursona is ACTUALLY just a red panda i love this
HOST MIGRATION, YAY!!!!!
I know, huge W bro
Woah I don't understand. If you shoot someone then you don't have a bullet anymore
You reload your gun. I found this out after I made the video
4:10 l love that in this game there is 2 type of players: Who super emotional and stones xD
Was hoping for poker this update but man chaos is so much fun I can def wait for a while. Hope these devs keep this game alive and keep cooking.
Same, I guess it is coming on full release so we have a few months till poker
Chinese style bar with Japanese ambience lol
Seems legit
Can you actually tie in this game? What if everyone still alive shoots live rounds at each other and gets everyone killed?
As far as I know you can tie haha
Is the new bar keeper a reference to Po's dad from kongfu Panda? All birds look the same to me.
I have no idea, I have not saw that show
@@anthonyontvIt's a good movie, worth giving a shot
The master card isnt exactly the same as a bluff, the person who plays it shoots, not the person who calls it
Is the whole in the roof!? Opportunity for a card play; rain or electric shock would be amazing

yah theyre speaking japanese. i bought the game bc of your vids ^0^ (if i get roasted in your vids i will cry)
Hahaha, I hope your having fun with it, it’s a great game, but don’t worry if you get roasted it’ll only make you a better player XD
I managed to get a draw once
I love chaos 😊
I pulled a three person draw on my first game
I’m waiting for Poker
Just got home. 🍿👀
Get on there and enjoy the update, it’s awesome
Can you zoom in your web cam a lil bit more
I have to mess with all of that still, I just got a new set up and haven’t adjusted everything I want to yet
Mb accidentally disliked. Nice to see an upload.
Haha no worries man
Dislikes haven't worked for years now anyways so it doesn't matter regardless LOL(or was that the joke lol?)
u still play with viewers id like to play with u
