That part was actually one of the easiest parts. I knew exactly that I wanted the three amigos there and it go off to little shop of horrors singing. The hardest part for me was the explosions at the end that lead off to Top Gun in the last chorus that section took me forever to fill in.

Fantastic choice. And then I saw the video ... Tears of joy , man , simply, tears of joy. The hard work you've put in this video gave fantastic results. The opening drums , Three Amigos dancing to the music , Rick Moranis Kurt Russell and one of the Critters singing OOOOOOO , Optimus Prime and Basil the Mouse Detective high in the air , that cool shoot of Tom Cruise flying in "Top Gun" , smug smile of Clint Eastwood , Cobramobile in car chase, "There can be only one" scene from Highlander , Rodney Dangerfield jumping to the pool and so many other fantastic moments... It might be your best video , certainly one of the best. I'm hoping and wishing for you as many viewers is possible.This stuff is pure nostalgia gold and adrenaline all in one. RIP Ray Liotta and Olivia Newton John . It's so sad that heroes of our life die , because in a way we die with them too , at least some part of our life. Also RIP William Hurt . He died not long ago too ( in March , I believe ) and sadly his death kinda fell under the radar. Great actor that was in quite many great movies , especially in the 80s . A friend of mine asked me when was the last time I cried. I said, every time I watch a Vilas Sheldon clip about the 80´s. Gets me every time. I miss it so much. I think this is part of a midlife crisis I´m going through.

There are some movies that appear in the video , but you forgot to include them in the alphabetical list of movies - 9 1/2 weeks (Kim Basinger scene) , 52 pick up ( Vanity scene ) , 8 million ways to die ( Andy Garcia scene) and American Tail ( The flying mice scene) . Maybe there are some more movies that are in the video , but not on the movie list, I don't know . It's a small detail that you may want to fix. I hope that I don't sound like an asshole, LOL . You know, there are several movies from the 80s like House that were filmed the previous year but released the following year. Even these days there are movies that came out that were filmed last year but released this year. Yes, I'm aware that House is from 1985, but it was released in February of 1986, and it grossed a lot of money at the box office. It was filmed in the spring of 1985. Movies these days are not the same then 80s movies, let me tell you. I don't think the woke agenda is helping our stars right now. Especially Disney.

@@VilasSheldon Ooh, never heard of that one (I was six in ‘86, so several of these movies fell under the radar for me- though oddly, not Little Shop and Big Trouble in Little China…🤔).
@@TardisGirl9 I’ve discovered so many films in this series. 86 made me realize there were a lot of films I’ve never seen before. Many of them did fly under the radar. But I’m glad I got to discover some good movies.
