I was able to grab a few more dozen shares today during the lunchtime dump. It's hard for me to stack much between paydays but I still managed to take some kind of advantage during the only real drop this week. The volutivity gives people like me opportunity.

nvidia was down closer to 8% considering it was up about 5% at one point and was down 3% at close.. i was expecting a sell off considering the futures pumped it to 140$ but i wasnt expecting such a huge swing. i sold at 138 and got back in at 134. i obviously miscalculated the absurd pullback.
I'm now avoiding new purchases to avoid slipping into a bear trap. However, I'd like to know where the best investment opportunities are during a downturn. My goal is to retire comfortably on around $1.2 million.

Amit, nothing is happening to Palantir stock.....SHFs synthetical shorted the stock at $8 and now they cannot dig themselves out. The only way they have is to scare us away and convince us it's not a good company. That is definitely not going to happen....LOL.
..or inflation ticks up again meaning the Fed will postpone interest rate cuts ... in which case all 'risk on' stocks like Palantir will get mullered again. There is a 50% possibility of this happening IMHO. Some people on here keep forgetting about the big risks ever present in these broken markets. TBH I bet as soon as a rate cut is announced the markets will drop.

Well if pltr drops more, Amit or some people will get out of their Dec sell call on pltr at $40. The cycle continues, filtering out weaker hands, institutions will accumulate your shares at cheaper price.. then power house and investment houses would Take it up to another leg and they would Sell calls again millions of shares at maybe $45. The cycle then repeats over and over again until rates finally drop, then you will get a fomo, as according to Admit on the other video, there are $6 trillion dollars in Money Market dying to get to equities.
