Agree late 90s early 2000s was the best there were rivalries two strokes the racing was better everything was better I'm still a fan of the 20teens but late 90s early 2000s was the golden age for me
Notice both of Ricky's and Chad's little subtle bragging points in there conversation while still complementing each other lol their both still just as competitive today
I’m 36 and grew up watching these guys, it’s still not the same as when all 3 of them raced. They are def icons of the sport, best wishes to your life’s after racing, sad chad is done in 2020.
Absolutely epic podcast - as always! Jace - you have got to find someone to interview YOU. The listeners/viewers need to understand the influence that you and Wes and all the boys behind the lens have done to bring these rider's personalities and true talents to the surface. It doesn't matter if it is the sweat equity, team politics, sponsorship issues, funding drying up, etc. - the stories are real and everyone needs to hear them. May you and Wes can polish off some beers together and just shoot the shit together. The show would easily be four hours long and everyone would hang onto every word. Take each rider and the experiences you two have had with each...it would blow up UA-cam brother. Thoughts? Keep up the stellar work - looking forward to seeing you in January!
I've watched numerous interviews with riders, Hannah, Roger DC etc, what amazes me is the detail and remembering of the races. I do honestly wish James would consider burying the hatchet and hanging out with these two. James Stewart, please if you or Malcolm watch this, consider it. You guys were legends, our legends the 40 something crowd. RC and CR need to call JS on a conference call.....lol. It is amazing how articulate RC has become.
you know im not a huge Chad fan to be honest i always liked Stewart but man seeing those 3 together become friends and play golf would make me a very happy individual.. the three best riders from the best era
My told me some when I was kid that I didn’t understand, but yet impacted my life so much. He told me “Son, there will be days where your best just isn’t good enough”. Didn’t comprehend that at the time, but man that is SO true!!!
Can you suggest a Masters Class series to Chad, Ricky, & those deserving to race each other on a part time basis? Obviously at the same events with shorter & much less races but the whole idea is they still are racers, fans want to see them, and the industry needs them to grow as these guys do not race premier class long.
Adlib: it's like , and like 🙄. At 24.45 it's a water shed moment for Carmicheal when he realises who the Homer Simpson in the room is & it's not Reed .
I'm not sure what Ricky was talking about in terms of the newer generation of riders adapting to bikes. Ricky was the master of adaption. People around him always said he would just ride the bike, no matter what and rip.
Dude can u imagine those 3 guys in a video?!! James Stewart needs to get off of his my horse and do a double session of counseling and get on his bike and it sure ain’t gonna be a Suzuki. They should all go ride KTM 350s!
Yo,U should've asked CarMichael about that day uncle Ronnie was racing him and some one cut some one off the bike. Then Ronnie went to grab Ricky and Ricky's body guard tackled him..lol
Hey champ love your show just some constructive criticism, practice not saying the word like so many times. When you listern to a long podcast it becomes cringgy. Other then that great work.
Show him that the grind is real and fuck whoever thinks you’re selling out. Maybe they forgot that you are a top 10 rider in the world and you work to get into that position so I say fuck anybody who questions anything you do!
Dude I love you podcast but sometimes you need to let your guests talk and stop talking over them. Please don't think I'm having a dig, just thought it could be a little bit of constructive criticism.
Yeah mate, my biggest issue with this guys show. Gets some wicked guests on, but fark me he always feels the need to finish their sentences or name drop way too much.
Kickboxing is way better. I would rather my kids be able to kick another kid in the ear and then tag them with two shots to his jaw then choke him out. Don’t get me wrong you need a good sprawl game and defending a takedown but once you let that shin fly into someone’s head nobody wants to come back in for some more.
Mike Williams there were certain tracks that Chad was better at and certain tracks that lend themselves to Ricky’s riding style. Additionally, there’s an age gap to be considered.
Need to somehow, someway get James Stewart, Ricky Carmichael, and Chad Reed on the Podcast.
That would blow my mind 👍
Stewart, Carmichael, Reed, & McGrath would be fun
@@travistatman 4 guests could be too much talking over eachother
And it has to be AT LEAST 2 hours haha hope it’s a possibility
Or like that old interview with Pastrana, Carmichael and Stewart
Rickey, James, Chad, Windham, McGrath, Ezra, David V, Travis, Ferry, Mike L, Tortelli, Ernesto, Burner. Greatest time to watch

Ricky and Chad need a weekly podcast.
Straight up
I mean Ricky has one with Jeff Emig called 447
@@aaronmachado13 and it is awesome! We need one with 22 though too
I have watched Bar To Bar 2002, 03, 04, 05, 06 20+ times. It is the greatest thing ever.
Could listen to Chad and RC all day, great interview mate.
Looking forward to watching Jett and Hunter next year 😎
Ricky looks like he's slimmed up not that I blame him for finally getting to enjoy life. Bet he's still a badass on a bike.
Did you not see his real Moto film? Check it out man. It's just a few months old. I think he placed third. Oh yeah he still shreds 🤘
@@mototoad1242 yes I did and I thought it was awesome still the goat.

James you got two cool dudes who are waiting on a friendship. Might jump on that man they seem pretty sincere.
Great interviews! Really fun listening to RC and Chad talk about the sport. "Nothing beats turning laps"
runnin’ it back, grateful for u Jase!
It says "Team Friend" instead of Team Fried in the description FYI. Great podcast, super sick being able to do it in the stadium.
recall ricky n chad lapping to 3rd most nights.....a level above most until james moved up....
Cool! So looking forward to the event!
Australia seems like such a rad place!
Great stuff, everyone involved.
Awesome content
This channel rules!!!🙏🏻

I couldn't sit and watch Tom for three hours dropping 'like' every second word.
@@RailingRutsNailingSluts team fried filmer.
If only Jett knew that he would win a race within a year.
Good work Jett!
Did Chad Reed quote The Dirt Bike Kid and not even know it?
"when the going get tough, the tough get going"
Ricky, Bubba and reed on the track.. wow that would be fun.
*Reed* is off *Ricky* retired at the end of *2007 Reed* joining *Suzuki* beginning of *2009* so that's basically just *2008 1yr* not *4yrs*

RC didnt race whole 03 sx season, but chads accomplishments were great
Yes he did, RC won the 03 championship.
@@TwistLosi I thought that was sx season rc missed from a surgery

Honest question. Is Tom gay?
Or just French
Toms stays puss
Reed, you were fast in Supercross, decent in the outdoors, but you weren’t even on the same planet as Carmichael!!! But whatever makes you feel good.
Didn’t Ricky say there where nights he had nothing for Chad?
Mike Williams there were certain tracks that Chad was better at and certain tracks that lend themselves to Ricky’s riding style. Additionally, there’s an age gap to be considered.
The host seems to make some stupid remarks here and there
