- Today we add some 4xinnovations sliders on the solid axle third gen. After smashing my rocker on a trail I decided it was time. These are fairly easy to install (if you can weld) and you can’t beat the price either.
Next video we are putting a cage in the 4Runner. And hopefully we can make it to trail hero this year.

Just finished all the hard parts! Gonna weld mine onto my 1st gen Tacoma frame tomorrow super stoked! What type of paint did you use for your frame for the finish? The older Toyotas are notorious for rust development so I'm curious so what what has worked
Nice work! I just use Rust-oleum paint nothing special.

How did you or the previous owner mount the bumper on the front being SAS now
Still mounts the same as if it was IFS. Bolts onto the frame.
Cage will be interesting, better have a few cold ones on standby.

4x stuff is great! have a rear bumper on my 99 and a cage and sliders on my sas 97
