At my birthday is saw my grandmother at night 12:00 fix at this time and my grand mother watches me for whole day and give me gifts and plays with me so when my mother told that my daughter if today your grandmother was alive she would celebrate your birthday very happily than I was shock and I get sick at that movement and I thought that I will never wake up at 12:00
When I was 5 years old I use to sleep with my mom on her bed and one day I wake up I could not move my self and when I was about to say something I could not speak It was the worst moment of my life but then my mom see I was wake she took the blanket off me and then I can move my self and talk and it did not happen to me ever since
It happened with me many times and these are called sleep paralysis...start mn mjy b lgta tha k shyd ye koi jinnat wgera wala koi scene hai...lkin mjy bad mn pta chla k ye sleep paralysis hota hai jis mn hmara mind conscious hota hai lkin hum is condition mn hoty hn k kuch bolna chahty hn lkin kuch bol ni patay, uthnay ki koshish krty hn lkin uthh ni paty...body move ni krti...it mostly occurs due to depression...
