The features in this house are mind-blowing. The layout is beautiful. This is a house that should be fixed up and lived in!!
It appears for the last few years of its life it was being used as multiple apartments.

Amazing house I love the basement with the kitchen downstairs and you have that fireplace with the two bedrooms and the full Bathroom, nice for guests or family who are staying with you for the holidays and the pool is pretty amazing too it's definitely a nice house thank you for sharing your amazing and your dog is beautiful just like you

Of all the houses, that dark green coloured ceiling fan is wild ! I bet it looks good in real life. In winter can you imagine having an indoor pool, wow.

This place is a true time capsule! Very 70’s! I’m a child of the 70’s and have been in homes with similar furnishings like the shag carpeting, fireplaces and those lights! Love that Nanook came with you! Thank you again for another great explore!
A lot of people buy houses and rent out the rooms.I did back in the 1980s.I had a friend that owned a four bedroom house and he rented out three of his rooms to help him pay the bills and it made it cheap enough for us to have a place To live

I love that indoor pool. That is really cool. At least the people who lived there
has the decency to drain the pool otherwise there would have been much more
mold then they already had. That flooded basement added to that I’m sure.

Be careful not to let your dog drink any water at an abandoned place such as standing water in a basement. Ingesting only a small amount of toxic water can be lethal.

I just checked my boxes of cereal, tossed 4 boxes, gave 6 to neighbors and have 3 dated 10/24, 2/25 & 3/25. Tossed old can goods earlier this year. Stay up on dates, people😃
Nice chandelier over the pool, big backyard, so they enclosed the pool. Is that a purple tub? Nice😃match purple sinks. Fairly new toilet 🚽 in the 21st century. Huge house that was amazing at one time. They left their lawnmower. Thieves stole everything of value that they could sell🤨 KARMA is real! Looks like a party 🎉 home, turned boarding house for those that need a place to stay.

Amazing house and tour. I love the different living levels in the house. The pool and the bar area in the basement are so cool. The fireplace is just wow. I can just imagine sitting by the fire and having a nice drink.

The pool was definitely nice back in the day. Neat split staircase for the entryway. 6:01 the sailboat painting looked nice 6:22 doorbell chimes were quite large
Hi in Australia you would call it a share house not apartments! The owner rent out the single rooms to get maximum profit from the property! Something I wouldn't do myself as a great way to get your investment property fuck really up
