Hey buddy how has that gasket for the clutch box worked for ya as far as keeping water out and sealing it up in deep mud and ur just using not right now silicone with it
I got a 14 rzr s that the motor mounts went bad but idk if that is related to the problem I'm having. Which is it went from being able to run about 60 to banging the rev limiter hoping out about 40 mph I replaced the primary and secondary clutch new belt.. We even put blue lock tight on the primary shaft.. We are lost?? Does the pinion nut cause the gearing to be throwed off when it back s off? We changed trans and transfer fluid and it was pretty clean very little black residue looks normal wear..

Hey man I just ordered a new rear diff for my 800s. How much would you charge to put some loctite and tighten it again? Or any permanent fix for it?

Did you pull the diff straight out the back....or the side?

If u ever heard of a rzr s doing aomething similar share ideas please I know u do alot with them
What parts for the tool for the pinion nut. Specs please need to build one. I'm from Alberta.
Do you have the footage of the work you did in the trans on welding the shafts in it?

How'd you figure out the torque for that pinion nut with the 16inch bar?
There's a formula to follow to get your Torque spec based on a couple different parts
