      저한테 책을 읽어줘요. (Similar-age, 읽다 + ~아/어주다) 책을 읽어주셨어요. (Honorific, 읽다 + ~아/어주다 + 시오) 책을 읽어주셔서 감사합니다 (읽다 + ~아/어주다 + honorific 시오 + because ~아/어서). At least I think so.

      I know it's late since i saw the question i will answer ~
      ~셔서 is nothing but
      (으)시+ 아서/어서/여서
      (으)시 Is used if the *subject* we are talking about is older than us or respectable figure or higher rank than us ...
      While *sentence ending* (어요/아요, 습니다 ) is used based on *listener*
      If this is clear then let's talk about why 셔서 was used ...
      We learned in previous chapter too ... ~thankyou for ,~sorry for
      For these why are thanking /sorry for ..??? *Reason comes first* that's why 어서/아서/여서 is used...
      Eg:- 저한테 선물을 보내주셔서 감사합니다.
      Why are thanking him for??
      Reason- for sending the present
      In Korean REASON ALWAYS comes first thus 어서/아서/여서 is used with the reason .
      Hope it's clear...i m learning too so if i m wrong please feel free to correct me.
