3 years late but this audio has helped me over a very rough stretch of time, and I had very vivid previous traumatic memories present themselves in nightmares.
Every time I had one I would put this audio on and hug my stuffed animals.

Man. This reminds me of when I was that age. And I had both a mother AND a big sister who would look after me, the youngest boy.

I like it when that your dreaming the nightmare than it’s your mom right there when you wake up. I think a mom and dad nightmare comfort would also be a good idea as well.
