This is perfect for the business traveler as well. Bring one well made suit and turn it into several looks. My favorite would be the monochromatic without the tie.
Dear Brian, I'll give you my best complement I ever gave a content provider on UA-cam- your the only one , I watch every video twice. Keep doing a great job, and thank you again for the wonderful content . Gad
Hey Brian, I was late to your videos but I absolutely love them. I just recently got into the men's style game. It started when my now wife and I decided to do a wedding diet. I lost 55 pounds and felt so great that I wanted to start dressing better. Your videos helped guide me in the right direction. I think it's awesome that you have a partnership with Michael Andrews Bespoke. You are providing high level suits at an affordable price. I've purchased four of these suits in the past month. Thanks for all of this.
As always all your looks are just on point Brian 👌 here are my favorite according to my own personal style. 1. Friday 2. Wednesday 3. Monday 4. Thursday 5. Tuesday Hopping for more upload to help bare with the boredom of the quarantine 😅
Just got my first job offer today and cannot wait to implement these looks into my business attire!! Thanks again for all the content, learning versatility with men's clothes is so helpful!
Really great video, Brian. I hope you don't get tired of me complimenting you. As if. lol I've been spending time really absorbing your videos and I believe I've gotten through all of them. A few ideas for new videos (not sure how granular you want to get but would love to see the following): rules for pulling off the no-sock/shorter pant length look (in terms body type, etc.), all things selvedge, great events to attend for us "modern gentleman style" afficianados!
My order is Friday, Thursday, Wednesday, Tuesday, and Monday. For Friday I like the pants with the cuff and color combination, nice job. Thursday the tie definitely makes the outfit. Wednesday I used to be fan of monochromatic look but it got to be overplayed. I like how you added the shirt to make that shuttle difference.
Who is giving this video a thumbs down?! Brian, great video. My favorite is the monochromatic look. I'm anxiously awaiting this HSS x Michael Andrews collection! Do you have an approximate date for us?
Haha. I have my favorite haters! They're always around. Usually some of the first to chime in with a thumbs down. HSS MAB was scheduled for mid-April. Because of COVID19, we may have to delay.
I think all the looks are just perfect! Very elegant and timeless combinations. Maybe one idea for one of the days could be to play with colorful socks. I combine navy suites with light brown shoes and light blue socks or with some design pattern socks from Burlington for example. The watches are just gorgeous and as a watch enthusiast, I really enjoy the fact that you chose them right as outfit without the perfect watch is missing detail and the perfect watch without outfit is just ridiculous (like Mark Wahlberg) ;)
Just like in your previous video with 5 navy suit outfits, the only thing I don't like is the denim shirt, it seems a little out of place in my eyes. Love everything else, especially your watch in outfit #2 and the casual outfit. Always find it tougher to dress well casually, since formal outfits are more standardized. Thanks Bryan!
All great Bryan. 1. Thursday 2 . Friday 3. Monday 4. Wednesday 5. Tuesday Haha very hard choice.. Awesome as always Bryan. Keep doing your wonderful work my friend and thank you 🙏🏻.😊
Amazing! Whoever says "the suit is dead" is proven wrong by this video. Classic tailoring will not become obsolete thanks to stylish men like you, who make it look fresh and cool. Vacheron Constantin watch and Tommy Hilfiger shoes is quite an unexpected combination, haha! I'd say that your occasional choice of really inexpensive shoes is surprising at times. Glad you support Allen Edmonds though.
I agree with you. Your order of the presentation aligns with my order of "likes". However I would have added a long sleeve Popover or polo. I'm just SAY'IN that's all.
Texture is what I look for, but now its spring so I'll have to do some trade off. 4,1,3,5,2. Good video idea: How to bring variation to your basic item - the suit.
Hey Brian great video as always 5,1,4,3,2 Also please mention what fragrance would you wear with each outfit Please make video about your skincare/hair care
Brian, great video, as always, thank you. Spring classic so far is my favorite. If you do not mind, I'd share some thoughts, personally, I do not find navy to be practical for Spring, unless there are some sunny days outside, all the mud drops from rains, snow melting, etc, especially on the trousers, my go-to for such a weather is charcoal grey.
2,1,4,3,5. I dress smart casual and business casual if I'm in the big city. I think I can wear loafers with a "serious" colour like navy unless the jacket is very casual but that's just me.
Dude, that is awesome video~could you please make a video to teach man how to choose a pants while they have a "o"shape leg and looks like straight?thank you so much man
Marvellous video once again Mr. Sacawa. Today I am going to change the way I rate the outfits. Rather than rating them chronologically (which I normally do) I will rate them from my least favourite to most favorite. So, let's go... Wednesday outfit: This is my least favourite look. Not that I dislike it, but the monochromatic denim shirt and grenadine tie look is a bit inferior to the other looks you showcased in this video in my humble opinion. Friday outfit: I love the look, I am also in awe of the versatility of your brown gingham shirt. It truly is the most versatile casual shirt you have in your wardrobe. I love the chinos as well, and the suede loafers just add to the casual and spring vibe of the look. Tuesday outfit: This in my humble opinion is business casual done right! I also love the aesthetic amalgamation of that vertical striped shirt and the navy suit with that beautiful watch. The pocket square is also a beautiful seasonal element in your outfit. The penny loafers too are a great shoe for this outfit. Monday outfit: My second favourite look. Like you said, a absolute classic this one. I love the tie in particular, the sheen and pattern of the tie is so pleasing to the eye. Combine that with a white poplin shirt (the perfect fabric to wear with such a tie) and you get this beautiful outfit. The watch, the shoes and the pocket square are just the perfect finishing touches to this outfit. Thursday outfit. I must say Mr. Sacawa, I was in a huge dilemma between this look and the previous one for which is my most favorite, and it turned out to be this one. The oxford cloth shirt combines so well with the linen tie, and even the colour combination between them is so lovely. And what made this outfit stand out was the subtle texture of the tie, which made me pick this particular one over the previous look, I love how the tie brings business and season together so cohesively. The double-monkstraps and the watch are the perfect accessories to frame the look together, like framing a beautiful painting.
splksgt019 funny, I had a custom shirt made awhile back and the tailor made me a mask out of the same fabric, laughed at the time. But now I think I’ll get it out. ☺️
great ideas! 4 1 2 3 5 is my order. i like the tie in #4. #3 is pretty cool, but i would prefer a little more contrast (probably with a lighter blue shirt). that navy tie appears black on my screen pretty often; i am not a fan of navy and black together. cheers!
Brian, All fantastic looks. 3,4,1,2, 5 (5th look came in last only because the suit was broken). It look invoked a different personality. Shows just how versatile a uniform can be w/ the right accessories. I love how look 3 tones down the formality. Can we look forward to a 5 Ways Grey Edition?
Nice outfit ideas. Monochromatic outfit is my favourite. May be a half break would look better when wearing derbies, monks, oxfords... No break best suits with loafers but this, of course, is my rather subjective opinion
It’s really nice collections i love it, be safe my friend and be careful your self don’t risk your self going out to make for us videos we can wait until this crisis get over amin 🙏🏻
Personally, I feel that navy work best with black leather shoes. Because there is already a "hue" to the suit, a "hue-less" color (so it does not "pop") plus the extreme dark (to lower the cotrast) like black pulls your hole silhouette into one cohesive line from top to bottom.
Great combinations! I really like your 2” cuff. I’m 5’6” / 145, I have been wearing a 1 3/4” cuff for the last few years, and the proportion seems appropriate. What height would you start a 2” cuff? Friday works perfect, here in Newport Beach.
I liked the last look the most. I opted for a blue gingham shirt over the brown one at the store recently . Now looking at your outfit, I think I will have to buy it before they shut everything down 😂 😂
I second that. Vienna has a certain, unmistakable flair, that's hard to pin down. Oozing history, slightly melancholic, yet light-hearted at the same time. Also great tailors and shoemakers to admire: Knize, Possanner, Niedersuesz, Scheer, Materna, Gino Venturini... A sartorial paradise!
I like how palpably more polite this channels comment section is. different dress code, different minds.
Glad you can tell, Kiarash. Good people here.
This is perfect for the business traveler as well. Bring one well made suit and turn it into several looks. My favorite would be the monochromatic without the tie.
I swear I will be using these looks as soon as I can go out from home 😂🙌🏻 you can never go wrong with a navy suit 👌🏻
Never. Stay healthy, Ivan!

Always amazing. Best greetings from Beirut.

I really like your combinations, but not a fan of the shoes apart from the first look which is great imo. Thank you for inspiring us.

I'm putting in a vote for the knitted square finished tie, I think it has a great classic 50's vibe.

Sweet! Thanks for chiming in!
Never thought about trying a monochromatic look myself but I’m intrigued! Thanks for the video.
You're very welcome, Phillip. Thanks for the comment.
Phillip Reynolds yeah, that’s a great look, for me it’d be an evening wear, does have that leaning towards formal vide...
The brown gingham pattern shirt is 👌👌👌

Nice video! I’m interesting about what kind of belt and socks you usually wear with every stiles.. thanks
A lot of my trousers have side adjusters, so no belt. Socks, I tend to be really boring. A little darker or lighter than my trousers, same color.
Love the Wednesday look! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I love navy Suits. My favorite color.. Great job guys!
Loved the buttons on the jacket. Great outfit choices
